Products

Welding-aluminum, TIG, tungsten inert gas
  • MIG, inert metal gas(wire fed processes) short arc, pulse, and spray arc
  • SMAW- Stick welding( used for field work repair only)
  • Types of aluminum products fabricated- railings, tanks, brackets, ladders, truck beds
  • Aluminum products repaired-boats, automobile parts, truck frames, castings, furniture
Welding – steel
  • TIG-Produces high quality welds for high alloy materials such as chrome and stainless steel
  • MIG- Short arc produces good quality welds in thin materials
  • Pulse MIG- good quality with high deposition rate
  • Spray arc- excellent quality, high deposition rate, used only in the flat position
  • FCAW- flux core arc welding. Used with gas for shop fabrication to produce high quality welds for manufacturing and structural work. Used without gas shielding to weld pipe and structural work in the field. Flux core processes are also used for hard facing
  • SMAW- commonly known as stick welding it is the arc tradition process. It is used for field work, piping, and repair. It can be used to weld almost any iron based material.
Hard facing

Hard facing is the addition of one or more layers of impact or abrasion resistant material to the wear points of machinery or structures. For example a mill hammer, a piece of steel hanging from a rotating drum which hits rocks to break it up would have the hammers hard faced on the surface which receives the impact. Such a hammer would likely be coated with a base material such as manganese steel or stainless steel and then coated with at least two layers of a self hardening, vanadium or satellite. Hard facing is a must in aggregate and other industries dealing with abrasive materials. As a general rule of thumb, Hard facing may double to triple the cost of a part, but the part will last seven times as long. The long run benefit of Hard facing is just not a long run cost reduction in the price of consumable parts ,but also a reduction in downtime and maintenance

Outsource machining

We can outsource gear making, planning, large diameter of length turning, center less grinding and surface grinding

Repair

We have an extensive background in heavy equipment repair Buckets rebuilds; boom repairs, sprocket repair, certified welding on cranes, heavy truck and equipment frames, cast iron blocks and pumps. We can fabricate or repair parts when adolescence or availability is a problem. We can do magnetic particle or dye penetrate inspection to inspect job before and after to assure a proper repair. We also do small repairs and farm equipment repair. We do restaurant repairs such as sinks and cabinets.

Preprocessing

If you need parts or sub assembles send we your drawings and we can quote pricing. We can supply rolled, shaped, or machined assemblies to suit your needs.
